Cancellation/No-show policy

I strive to provide the best experience for each client, and I understand that life can sometimes interfere with plans. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients and respect everyone’s time, I ask that you review and follow the following cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your time slot to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment.
Deposit Requirement
All online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit will be non-refundable. This is to account for the time and availability I’ve reserved for your appointment.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, I am happy to carry your deposit over to the new date. Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, and we will arrange a new time that works for you.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a non-refundable deposit. I understand emergencies happen, so if there is an unavoidable situation, please contact me as soon as possible.
Treatment Plans
If you have purchased a treatment plan (e.g., a series of sessions), any missed appointments falling within the 24-hour cancellation window will be deducted from your treatment plan. I encourage you to get in touch as soon as you can if you're unable to attend your session so we can make alternative arrangements.
Special Circumstances
I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. If you are unable to adhere to this policy due to an emergency or serious situation, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will do my best to accommodate you, but please be aware that frequent cancellations may result in revisiting the terms of the policy.
