Cancellation Policy
**Massage Cancellation/No-show Policy** To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch 24 hours prior to your appointment. All bookings made online are subject to a deposit to secure booking. If cancelling 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be refunded. If rescheduling, your deposit will be carried over to your new booking. Any cancellations over the 24 hour threshold or no-shows will result in a non-refundable deposit. If you have purchased a treatment plan, any missed appointments falling over the 24 hour threshold will be deducted from your plan. Thank you for acknowledging my cancellation/no-show policy.
